Raw food lunch with delicious natural products

It was an excellent occasion for a delicious Sunday lunch. It snowed a bit today in Amsterdam so going out was completely out of the equation.
So, we invited a couple of friends who equally enjoy raw food as we.

This food does not make you fat and cleans your body from all toxins.
Try it, you'll love it :)

Welcoming opening drink, Apple and spinach juice! Unbelievably delicious, a huge nutritious power boost and detox cleaning!

Main course:
Veggie maki sushi with carrots, cucumber and radish wrapped in nori sea weed.
Olive oil, lime and honey marinated Champion mushrooms.
Salad with parsley, cucumber, carrots, chick peas, arugula, purslane and olive oil.

Coolest and tastiest of all the chocolate deserts:

Raw chocolate balls made of cocoa beans, flax seeds, cocoa butter, pollen, coconut oil, chia seeds, cashius,  sun flower seeds and honey.

 Raw chocolate cake:
Bananas, flax seeds, coconut oil, cocoa beans, cocoa butter and stevia.

  7. I'm really curious how that smoothie tasts! Is it just spinach and apples and then mixed in a blender? Or did you add anything else?

    2. Dear Sabine

All you need is a juicer/juice maker (not mixer or blender) and just put everything together. Fill as many times as you wish depending the quantity of juice you want to make and voila :)
It tastes so fresh and tasty, you'd me amazed!
